  • We only ask that you give us a days notice in order to have the AC, water heater etc turned on for the inspection. 
  • We furthermore will demonstrate the 5th wheel  to you or your buying agent up on arrival. 
  • We invite and encourage you to spend a night or even up to a week hear at our dealership upon purchase. 
  • This allows us to answer any question or make any necessary corrections in the day or days after purchase. 
  • This unit does qualify for the Phoenix American RV Elite+ Extended Service Plan of up to 60 Months which is honored nationwide as well as in Canada.
